Wes is a real estate developer and construction consultant in Los Angeles who specializes in financial modeling, lot & unit layouts, and has an extensive understanding of the construction process. With experience across ADUs, multifamily developments, and real estate finance, he blends analytical rigor with hands-on problem solving to help investors and partners achieve exceptional results. As the Controller for Turnstone Capital (a local multifamily syndication company) and the head of acquisitions and underwriting for their local ground-up projects, Wes has extensive experience that spans the full life of a project.
Wes’ approach is shaped by his basketball background: four-year starter at Loyola Marymount University, earning Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-WCC honors, followed by a professional playing career in Belgium.
